I have been there. This is not just a proposition for me, it’s my lived reality. These are seven daily habits from my foundation for a stronger heart and a more vibrant life.
1. Master the Morning Hydration. Before you reach for coffee:
Drink a large glass of water. But how does it benefit the heart? Dehydration kicks in overnight, thickening blood and stressing the heart. Drinking water first thing can thin your blood, help your heart, and boost your metabolism. Essentially, it protects the heart.
